I want to sell on TopsAuctions. How does it work?

1 – Send us your item list
Send us the list of items you want to sell, accompanied by your personal contact details. Per machine a brief description; serial number, year of build, reserve price and photo´s.

2 - Agreement
Our regional representative will discuss the final details with you. Your items need to be available for inspection.

3 - Marketing
After receipt of he signed auction agreement, your equipment will be published on the TopsAuctions website. Every auction is accompanied by a marketing campaign using traditional media, internet and telemarketing world wide. Our customer service answers questions from buyers and organizes inspections on request.

4 - Bidding
Bidders receive real time information when their bid is successful. On auction closing day bidders have the last chance to bid. Closing of the items is spread over a few hours. ‘Closing day bidding´ automatically extends by 3 minutes after last placed bid and will close when no bids are placed anymore. This is the market price.

5 - Settlement
The successful bidder receives the invoice from TopsAuctions. When TopsAuctions receives the proceeds, TopsAuctions will transfer the proceeds less seller commission to the seller. After seller received the proceeds, they have to prepare the sold items for transport. Transport is responsibility of the buyer.
